GeneSight Testing

The Collective offers a unique opportunity to take their medication management to a new level. Our Customized Care Plan

EOP (A New Level of Care)

The Collective offers a new level of care for the treatment of
depression and anxiety called Extended Outpatient (EOP). With a combination of western psychology and eastern philosophy, we have created a unique, integrative and healing way to living every day life, all focused through a Social Health lens.

EOP is here to serve three groups: those stepping up from outpatient care, those stepping down from intensive outpatient care and those that are brand new to the therapeutic process.

What is EOP?

EOP programming includes:
Sixteen (16) 90 minute group therapy sessions
Eight (8) 50 minute private psychotherapy sessions
A maximum of five (5) 50 minute private nutrition therapy sessions
Sixteen (16) 60 minute yoga therapy classes
A maximum of (5) 50 minute private appointments with a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for medication management (Gene Sight Testing offered/optional)
Four (4) trauma informed massage therapy/body work sessions (adults)
Four (4) family therapy sessions (adolescents)

FAQs

  • The most important thing to know when it comes to $$ and The Collective is that we want quality care to be accessible to all. To ensure this, we offer individualized payment plans for each client. We also have a scholarship foundation that can assist folks depending on need. (You can donate to this foundation here!).

For more specifics on program pricing, give us a call or submit an inquiry.

  • The Collective is considered an “out of network” program. This means that we cannot accept insurance on the front end of the program (sometimes this is referred to as “out of pocket” or “private pay.” We can, however, help you file for potential out of network reimbursement after the program is complete using a “Superbill” (a comprehensive list of all attended appointments using insurance coding that we provide you with). We can also advocate on your behalf and assist you in your conversations with your insurance company.

  • A better question would be; when do you want to start? Admissions works a little differently for us because our group therapy is closed (the same folks complete the entire program together). Because this space is closed, we start a new group approximately every 3 weeks or so.

The first step in the admissions process is to come in for an intake session. This is simply a quick conversation with one of our therapists. During this convo we will help you decide if The Collective is right for you. After the intake, we can get you started with every service aside from group therapy asap. This is so that now that have decided you want care, you don’t have to wait! Then, we will get you into the very next group as soon as possible.

  • We are so glad you already have a team! We in no way replace the providers you are already working with - A better way to think about it is that The Collective is adding to your team. We will partner with the providers you are already seeing and keep them up to date on the work you are doing at The Collective so that you do not have to. You can suspend services with them during your time with us, or keep seeing them. It is entirely up to you! (Although we can help you make this decision if you need).

  • We will help you make this decision. After you reach out to us (by phone or using our inquiry form) we can set up an intake session. This is simply a quick conversation with one of our therapists. During this convo we will help you decide if The Collective is right for you!
