  • Susan Liberatore | Executive Director

    Susan Liberatore has over 25 years of nonprofit leadership and fundraising experience. She has worked with many types of nonprofits from small organizations to institutional nonprofits. She is an entrepreneur and owns Focus Pointe Solutions, a strategic planning and nonprofit consulting firm. She is also a strong advocate for access to mental health treatment.

    Susan moved with her husband from Dallas, TX to Nashville, TN in 1998. She and her husband have two daughters and enjoy spending time with family and traveling.

  • Raffaella Braun | Vice President

    After graduating from Vanderbilt in 2002, Raffaella studied the logistics behind live radio remotes, working with Premiere Radio Networks and Westwood One on the radio portion of the Grammy Awards at Madison Square Garden, ACMs in Vegas, CMAs and CMA Fest. From live radio remotes, she jumped to live performances, starting a career at the prestigious Creative Artists Agency, and becoming an Agent in 2008. There, she built a career around negotiating concerts, seeking out new talent and executing promotions. Raffaella returned to the Country Radio world in 2011, joining Warner Music Nashville as Manager of West Coast Radio and Streaming, serving 8 years in that post. She returned to Nashville in October of 2019 to serve as the National Director of Promotion for Triple Tigers Records.

  • Kali Stewart Huff | Treasurer

    Kali Stewart Huff is Managing Director of Investor Relations at Claritas Capital, an alternative investment asset management firm where she spends her time helping investors allocate across private equity, real estate and private credit. She is also Partner in the firm's Real Estate practice, on the investment team for the Private Credit fund, and serves as a Board Observer for Renewvia Energy Corporation.

    A Nashville native, Kali is active in the Nashville Chapter for Rotary International and Chair of the group's Book'em Committee. In her free time, Kali enjoys practicing yoga, astrology, and gardening, and exploring new places with her family. She resides in East Nashville with her husband and two young boys.

  • Tracie Hitz | Public Relations/Fundraising

    Tracie Hitz moved to Nashville in 2018 to start Hitz & Branding so she could help people go after their dreams by building their personal and professional brands through storytelling. She’s worked with large brands like the NCAA and UNICEF, as well as small businesses that range from artists to nonprofits to a surf coach. Hitz and her team create integrated marketing and branding plans for clients, as well as build all of the elements necessary to implement them effectively, including graphics, videos, websites, email campaigns, social media, digital media, PR, booking content capture, event planning sponsorship sales, fundraising, merchandising, management and more.

    Her work with artist, Tyler Tisdale, on his first-ever album release resulted in over 1.8 million streams and counting on Spotify. On the nonprofit side of things, Hitz and her team worked with the Circle of Sisterhood to raise the most money ever in the ten year history of the organization. She is also a partner in the annual Nashville Nights International Songwriters Festival held in Denmark that started in 2021 and is the manager for two Grammy-nominated songwriters, Blue Foley and CJ Field, and platinum-selling songwriter, Chancie Neal.
