Freshman Bootcamp: A One Day Mental Health Workshop
$795.00

College is coming—are they ready emotionally?

This one-day bootcamp is designed for incoming college freshmen who want to build real-world skills for managing stress, navigating relationships, and finding confidence before move-in day. Led by licensed mental health professionals, it’s the prep class no one puts on a syllabus (but everyone needs).

What they’ll learn

  • Your student will learn tools to navigate anxiety, overwhelm, and pressure without shutting down.

  • We’ll teach them how to set boundaries, self-advocate, and resolve roommate or peer conflicts with confidence.

  • How to build meaningful relationships. Not just making friends—but making healthy ones that offer support, trust, and connection.

  • Recognizing unsafe or toxic dynamics. From dating to dorm life, they’ll learn how to identify red flags and protect their well-being.

  • Coping with loneliness, FOMO, and homesickness. We normalize the hard stuff and offer tools to stay grounded and connected.

  • Creating a personalized mental health plan. Each student leaves with a clear plan they can turn to when things feel overwhelming—plus awareness of campus support resources.
