College is coming—are they ready emotionally?
This one-day bootcamp is designed for incoming college freshmen who want to build real-world skills for managing stress, navigating relationships, and finding confidence before move-in day. Led by licensed mental health professionals, it’s the prep class no one puts on a syllabus (but everyone needs).
What they’ll learn

Your student will learn tools to navigate anxiety, overwhelm, and pressure without shutting down.

We’ll teach them how to set boundaries, self-advocate, and resolve roommate or peer conflicts with confidence.

How to build meaningful relationships. Not just making friends—but making healthy ones that offer support, trust, and connection.

Recognizing unsafe or toxic dynamics. From dating to dorm life, they’ll learn how to identify red flags and protect their well-being.

Coping with loneliness, FOMO, and homesickness. We normalize the hard stuff and offer tools to stay grounded and connected.

Creating a personalized mental health plan. Each student leaves with a clear plan they can turn to when things feel overwhelming—plus awareness of campus support resources.
