Erica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. Erica enjoys working with individuals through their anxiety, depression, grief and relational issues. She has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Erica's past experience includes working as a clinical hospice social worker, where she helped patients and families through the end of life transitions, complicated grief, and traumatic loss. It was through her work in hospice that Erica developed a passion for working with grief and complicated loss. She has also worked in multiple settings with families and children with extensive histories of trauma. Erica uses a combination of therapeutic modalities and meets each client where they are to determine the best individualized therapeutic path.
