Courtney Grimes, LCSW, BRI-II

Courtney’s passion for helping others is evident upon meeting her. Through the power of acceptance and commitment, Courtney is able to facilitate lasting change among individuals, families and systems by promoting hope throughout all circumstance. Throughout Courtney’s work as a psychotherapist at Symmetry Counseling, and Clinical Director for the non-profit Renewed, she realized there was a large gap in treatment services for anxiety and depression in Nashville. Anne Rankin Meade, APN

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Anne Rankin Meade, APN, is a board-certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Having graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing with her Masters of Science in Nursing degree in 2007, she has had sixteen years of experience both as an ICU nurse, as well as in the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner role. Licensed to treat clients across the lifespan, she utilizes a holistic approach to mental health, and seeks to help each client improve their overall quality of life by being a true patient advocate.

After starting her own practice in January 2022 she felt the weight of what it meant to have few professional and community connections, as she was a practice of one. She now realizes both professionally and personally the importance of being a part of a true community.

Anne thrives off of being around other passionate professionals who understand and respect the importance of mental health. From the first moment she met The Collective team, she could tell that every member was there because they genuinely cared. Anne has been continually impressed by the collaborative effort across all the professional disciplines at The Collective, and is truly proud to be a part of that team.

A Nashville native, she enjoys spending time with her family and is the proud mother to her amazing daughter Annabelle. In her free time, she can be found playing her beloved ukulele or her suitcase kick drum.

Danielle Update.jpg

Danielle Latham, LMT
Massage Therapist

After 16 years of experience, Danielle has honed a skill set and philosophy of massage as something that goes beyond just simply making the body feel better. It’s a tool to help you communicate with your own body and uncover the story of your life. Massage helps to shine a light on where you’re out of alignment with your truest self - not only physically, but on deeper levels as well. Danielle is an interpreter of the story your body is telling when she massages you. Her initial training from the MountainHeart School of Bodywork in Colorado in 2004, covered the spectrum from clinical to energetic massage modalities.

Over the last 16 years she has continued her education and coupled her massage work with holistic healing, meditation and breathwork. Danielle’s years of education and work pair well with the values of The Collective. She appreciates the balance of Western and Eastern philosophies The Collective has incorporated into its programming and the importance they place on both perspectives of medicine, health and healing. The Collective has provided a niche for those that are in need of more continued support and a great starting place for others. It's a perfect place for Danielle to share her work in massage and help further the mission of The Collective in building connection for sustained healing. Danielle is proud to be a part of it.
