Reilly Van Dyke
Masters Level Clinical Associate
Born and raised in upstate NY, Reilly Van Dyke holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Belmont University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English at SUNY Albany and a certificate in Trauma Studies at SUNY Oswego.
Reilly works to create a safe, kind, and nonjudgmental environment for each of her clients. Reilly recognizes the sacredness of the therapeutic relationship and works to build trust, connection, and continuity of care in each session. She seeks to help her clients identify areas for change and the steps necessary to accomplish goals, as well as working through the complex and nuanced emotions that are often present in difficult life circumstances. She understands the courage and trust that is required to begin therapy and she values the opportunity to walk alongside an individual as they start that process. Reilly works from a Cognitive Behavioral approach and a strengths-based perspective. She most often finds herself working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and spiritual/religious concerns.
In her free time, Reilly enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, listening to music, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
